Just a bit more worn out after 10 hours of hiking.
942 E. Simpson Ave. Well, there it is! Up for sale for less than 12 hours and under contract. Whew! It was a crazy day on Friday. We were finishing the painting in the bathroom, packing to go the the Grand Canyon, and the agent called and said we had an offer worth looking at. I am not sure which day the photographer is going to take more pictures - but it will be interesting to see which rooms she thinks are photograph worthy.
